Responsibilities:
- Manage and manipulate investment risk data across our platform, to support oversight functions of senior team members and to investigate data issues.
- Implement Python and Tableau code and query updates and other evolving tasks for the transition of our database environment to Snowflake/AWS.Develop and enhance existing Tableau infrastructure, guided by senior analyst.
- Assemble investment risk datasets and reports from various systems on a regular and ad hoc basis. Apply and build appropriate data quality checks.
- Provide oversight to recurring risk governance processes, ensuring proper record retention logs, such as for weekly monitoring, data quality, project lists, and periodic investment risk reviews.
- Schedule and maintain calendar invites for periodic investment risk reviews.
- Contribute thought leadership to our team's operating model, applying a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Depending on the candidate's skill set and /or the growth of the candidate, assist other risk analysts and managers to perform their role to analyze investment risks in portfolios.

- Data management, programming skills and capacity (i.e R, Python, SQL, Tableau)
- Academic background in or demonstrated interest in math or finance

- Track record of independent thought, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $80,400 - $94,400 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
