WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• This position significantly contributes to supporting and managing the POS (Point of Sale) data.
• This role is key to providing specific data points for total POS and SKU level detail.
• This position will work 4 days a week onsite and 1 day at home for our retail partner Menards, in Eau Claire, WI.
• Handle all POS data for channels of distribution
• Analyze and interpret all POS data
• Schedule and implement monthly POS meetings. Incorporate all business functions as part of the meeting and action plans
• Develop action plans by account, by product category and SKU
• Implement an action item list for the sales and product marketing team to deliver to their account
• Analyze current and historical promotional data
• On-site forecasting
• Maintain weekly inventory
• Support the product management team with SKU-level performance
• Communicate all new items set up information, product, and packaging specifications

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to handle concurrent projects in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong organizational, written, oral, and meeting management skills
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office and utilization of CRM tools
• Ability to communicate with team members, customers, suppliers, and organizational leaders
• A professional and positive approach, being a self-motivated and dynamic team player
