Northmarq is seeking a Research Manager to join an active and top-performing brokerage platform in our Phoenix or Dallas office. The Manager will be an integral part of our growing national research team and will be a key contributor to the team as it expands its scope of services.
The Research Manager must be able to efficiently manage a variety of responsibilities with the ability to work both independently and cohesively within a team environment. *Candidate must be available for immediate hire. This is a full-time, in-office position based in one of Northmarq’s locations: Phoenix, Denver, or Dallas.
Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as a experienced researcher for commercial real estate brokerage/Investment Sales teams across dozens of local offices.
- Produce quarterly market reports and fulfill broker research requests.
- Coordinate production and distribution of research reports from analyst team to the end user. Serve as the primary content editor for draft reports.
- Assist in onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorship of research analysts.
- Partner with the Research Director to enhance operational efficiency and streamline research processes.
- Create research content to support pursuit of new business development.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Three to five years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Strong client service skills, both internally and externally.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
