Our client, a well-known telecommunications company, is looking for a freelance Senior Social Media Specialist (who is bilingual in Spanish) to join their team! This is a 40 hour per week role and open to remote candidates willing to work ET hours.
The Senior Social Media Specialist will:
-serve as key stakeholder in aligning their organic social strategy + social playbook development
-act as social calendar executor, and deliver assets based on the calendar schedule alongside the Senior Manager
-provide key creative support (offer feedback, liaise between internal and agency partners, and route social creative through the correct approval processes)
-lead outbound community management efforts in Spanish, and maintain consistent engagement throughout the week
-represent the brand at partner activations, shoots, etc. and be able to travel as-needed
-support Latino-focused internal relationships and collaborations, and apply data insights to ongoing performance updates
The Senior Social Media Specialist has:
-ideally 6+ years of experience in social media and fluency in Spanish (written + verbal)
-deep cultural knowledge of Hispanic audiences (ideally in a social-first capacity)
-ability to understand analytics + use them to inform social updates / changes / improvements
-ability to independently capture, edit, and produce social-first content is a huge plus
