Located within five hours (300 miles) of 25 percent of the U.S. population, Watkins Glen International is the premier road racing facility in North America, three-times voted “Best NASCAR Track” by readers of USA Today. The Glen hosts a diverse portfolio of premier sports car, open wheel and stock car races throughout the year.

WATKINS GLEN

Watkins Glen International is seeking individuals with customer service experience that are friendly, reliable, highly motivated, and a team player to join the Credential Team for the 2025 event season.

Duration: May 2025 – September 2025

Responsibilities:

Use the credentialing system to fulfill credential requests for events, prior to and during events
Provide exemplary customer service when providing information to guests
Assist the credential lead on organization of the credential office
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Qualified applicants must have the ability to work the two below events, among others throughout the season:
- Sahlen’s Six Hours of the Glen – June 18-22, 2025
- F.L.X. Summer Fest at The Glen - July 18-20, 2025
- NASCAR Go Bowling at The Glen – August 5-10, 2025
Must act in a professional manner and present themselves as a member of WGI staff.
Customer service experience preferred
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
Strong communication skills while working in a fast-paced environment
