Full Job Description
The Food and Nutrition Department on the Manhattan campus is seeking a full time ( 37.5 hours per week) Registered Dietitian to join our team!
Job Summary:
- Provides nutrition assessment/clinical services to residents in the long-term and sub-acute units.
- Handles medical record documentation, MDS 3.0 completion and resident/patient/family education.
- Participates in the interdisciplinary care plan meetings, and meal rounds.
Requirements:
- Registered Dietitian.
- Two years clinical experience in long term care preferred
