Job Description Summary
The Regional Sales Manager - Central is responsible for all GoGo squeeZ USA product sales for the specified region. This role will lead the external Broker Partners for the respective region and function as the Company's primary representative of these businesses. This individual will have a high degree of autonomy and accountability for sales, volume, trade spending, profit and broker management. Additionally, cross-functional collaboration with Sales Strategy & Planning, Category Leadership, Sales Finance, Retail Excellence, Marketing and Supply Chain will be essential to the success of this role. Key accounts include but are not limited to: Hy-Vee, AWG, UNFI Conventional, Schnucks, Spartan Nash, and Woodman’s.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Functions as the Company’s primary representative and is accountable for sales, volume and the proper management of the trade budget systems
- Oversees and provides clear direction of the Company’s sales and marketing activities with engaging presentations to top retailers, distributors and brokers within the region
- Manages and supervises broker communications
- Accountable for a sizable field promotion budget to achieve budgeted sales volume of all GoGo squeeZ products within the allotted trade

Leads customer meetings to present marketing and new item programs for GoGo squeeZ
- Aligns all professional objectives with the sales organization and the Company’s goals and vision
Qualifications
Minimum degree and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required
- Must have 3+ years of successful CPG sales experience, preferably involving broker sales management and supervision
- Technology Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required, along with the ability to understand/analyze syndicated data using Circana / Nielsen database
- Language Skills: proficient in written and spoken English required
- Ideal candidate will reside in one of the key customer markets. Preference is to live in Minneapolis or Des Moines.

Working Conditions
Work is performed largely in a field environment. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours with at least 40 hours a week. At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines and other concerns. Up to 40% business travel may be required.

Total Rewards
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000
