As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to meet customer requirements and industry standards. Your expertise in quality engineering will contribute to the success of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. You will report directly to the site Quality Manager and you'll work out of our Northford, CT location.
In this role, you will impact the quality and performance of our products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in our processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures

The annual base salary range for this position is <$71,000 - $89,000>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations."
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineering or relevant experience
WE VALUE
- Background with ISO9001, UL, or similar standards
- Experience in an industrial or electrical manufacturing environment a plus
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, mechanical design, and quality improvement techniques
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and continuous improvement experience desired
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Experience with quality tools and methodologies
