Quality Assurance Analyst- Continuous Quality Improvement
Full Job Description
Chesapeake Integrated Behavioral Healthcare (CIBH) is seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented individual to serve as a Quality Assurance Analyst.
This position is responsible for responding to service recipients' complaints, conducting internal investigations as related to human rights and corporate compliance, and conducting documentation audits utilizing our electronic medical record system to determine if it supports billing for those individuals receiving intellectual disability, mental health, and/or substance abuse services.
The Quality Assurance Analyst performs these duties under the direction and general supervision of the CIBH Quality Assurance Administrator/Corporate Compliance Officer.

The Quality Assurance Analyst performs these duties under the direction and general supervision of the CIBH Quality Assurance Administrator/Corporate Compliance Officer.
- Coordinates human rights investigations into alleged abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
- Reviews agency incident reports and facilitates client complaints.
- Audits agency programs relative to governing policies and regulations.
- Serves on related agency, regional and state committees as needed.
- Compiles statistical and word processing reports utilizing Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) to present performance outcome measurements and other QA performance criteria.
- Assists with the development of quality assurance/corporate compliance, and human rights policy and procedures.
- Assists with agency electronic medical record form/protocol development.
- Delivers PowerPoint presentations and assists with agency-wide staff consultation and training regarding quality assurance, human rights and corporate compliance requirements.
