Public Relations Manager (Pharma)
This role requires 5+ years of current or recent Pharma PR experience + strong pharma press release samples.
Position Overview
The Manager of PR and Social Media will be responsible for developing and executing effective public relations strategies and social media campaigns that enhance the brand's visibility and reputation within the pharmaceutical industry. This role aims to engage stakeholders and promote our products through various channels while managing media relations and online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, edit, and distribute press releases and other promotional materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media professionals and influencers in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Monitor social media platforms and respond to audience inquiries and feedback in a timely manner.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in public relations and social media management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of successful PR and social media campaign activation.
- Strong writing and editing skills for press releases and promotional content.
- Experience with social media marketing and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Demandbase is a plus.
