Project Manager - Social

This is a 40 hour/week hybrid role that requires being onsite near the Atlanta Airport (Hapeville, GA) 2 days/week and working regular business hours. This is not negotiable.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager - Social to lead and coordinate social media projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all social media initiatives are executed effectively and align with our marketing strategy. They will work closely with various teams to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables while fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of social media projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information across various teams.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Utilize Workfront for project tracking, status updates, and reporting.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a social media or marketing context.
• Proficient in using Workfront or similar project management tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
