- Orchestrate software deployment projects from inception to completion
- Wear multiple hats: Software Project Manager, Functional Analyst, Configuration Specialist, Quality Assurance Expert, and more

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Essential Functions: Persons in this position should expect to have to manage deployment projects and project tasks, often simultaneously. The responsibilities of this job position require:
- Working with senior project managers and direct managers for proper management of scope and change so that impact to projects are planned, considered, and agreed upon by all parties.
- The ability and understanding and communicate product descriptions for all software packages supported by Revvity Software Services.
Client Management:
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization, and objectives.
Project Management:
- Ability to manage projects simultaneously.
- Following of standard project management methodologies.
- Have an overall understanding of the Reproductive Health screening business, and how software projects strategically align.
- Collaborate with senior project managers and direct manager in creating and maintaining required project documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND
- 2+ years of experience coordinating and/or assisting with project implementations.
- Up to 30% Travel - primarily domestic, may include Canadian and Caribbean
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared goals and responsibilities
- 3+ years experience in the software, life sciences, or healthcare industries.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certification.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver what was promised on time, proactively provide status reports, and independently manage projects from inception through completion with minimal supervisory guidance.
- Persons with strong change management experience are preferred.
Working Conditions
- General office atmosphere and laboratory environment workspace. Customer laboratories will include biological sample material.
