Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a 2025 Project Engineer Intern. Your responsibilities will include:

* Support the Ground and Flight Test Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead in planning and execution of work scope and Program execution

* Ensure that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans

* Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility

* Ensure Engineering is coordinated across Program and suppliers

* Support Ad hoc tasking by Program Technical Leaders

Must be a US Citizen; Ability to obtain a security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
* Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a technical discipline

* Self-Starter with strong problem solving skills and the ability to multitask

* Strong leadership skills and whole systems thinking

* US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance

* Project management

* Positive attitude, accountable and responsible and able to work in a team-focused, dynamic environment

* Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement constructive change

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
