Honeywell's ACST team is seeking an Program Supervisor for Broomfield, CO locations. In this role, you will manage a group of Engineering Support Specialists and Program Services team members in support of Honeywell ACST programs.

The annual base salary pay range for this position is $106,000.00 - $132,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

Direct supervision of engineering support specialists including mentoring, training, work assignments, performance reviews, succession planning, and behavior/performance issue resolution
Manage, review, and ensure that project schedules are on track and all government compliance rules and regulations are being followed
Responsible for creation and execution of staffing plan including hiring, interviewing, and onboarding engineering support specialist team
Evolve engineering support team to better support E&I technical teams

YOU MUST HAVE:

High school diploma/GED required
3+ years of experience leading teams
U.S. Citizenship required in order to obtain and maintain government security clearance

Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft programs (Office, Outlook, Teams)
