Lead a team of Program Controls Specialists dedicated to effectively implementing and overseeing Program Management standards. Your role will ensure the consistent application and maintenance of program management processes. Additionally, you will focus on employee development and performance management.
Within the Program Management organization, you will report on and drive organizational goals by executing earned value and schedule management, fostering cross-functional communication, collaborating with Honeywell business and program management leaders to ensure data integrity through compliance by maintaining management operating systems and processes.
Your responsibilities will include driving accountability, ensuring data accuracy and maintenance, enhancing your team's skillset through business acumen sessions, and creating staffing strategies for your site while collaborating with your peers to ensure alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Accountability through the Aerospace business by execution of earned value and schedule management.
- Drive compliance with Program Controls process, tools & RACI among direct reports
- Build, manage and inspire a world class Program Control Specialistteam to deliver on time, on budget innovative products and services to Honeywell customers worldwide
* Manage a portfolio of programs of significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills
* Ensure programs are delivering business results through program execution excellence, including key issues & actions
* Enhance employee development through effective onboarding and career development initiatives.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years Cost and/or Schedule experience in Program Management scope
- 5+ years experience working with Earned Value Management
- Strong presentation and communication skills
