As a PP&C Analyst I here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Program Planning and Control (PP&C) function. You will assist in the development and implementation of project plans, monitor project progress, and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will contribute to the successful execution of projects and the achievement of business objectives.
You will report directly to our PP&C Manager, and you'll work out of our Plymouth, MN. location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of project execution by providing accurate and timely analysis of project data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and risks are identified and mitigated.
The annual base salary range for this position is $58,200.00 - $87,200.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is overtime eligible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in the development and implementation of project plans
* Monitor project progress and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
* Participate in the Proposal Process for the business
* Support the PP&C Manager and Principal Analyst in various project control activities
YOU MUST HAVE
- 1-2 years business related experience
- US Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics management
Knowledge of Earned Value Management System - Familiarity with project management software or SAP/ERP
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
