Job Summary
As the Program Administrator you will assist with the day to day operations and administration of the Sport Management Department. You will report to the Program Chair of Sport Management.
Based on programmatic needs, the selected employee will be required to work full-time onsite at the School of Kinesiology Building (Monday through Friday).
What You'll Do
- Perform duties as needed to ensure the efficient and effective function of the program.
- Support student organizations with financials, purchases/ reimbursements, room reservations, and event planning.
- Support monthly faculty meetings; creating and preparing meeting materials (e.g., agendas), communications of meeting agendas and minutes with SM faculty, taking minutes during meetings, etc. Ensure minutes are published at a central kinesiology location.
- Support the program chair and associate chair with Advisory Board duties.
- Support the program chair and associate chair with scheduling and action items.
- Work closely with enrollment program offering/enrollment analytics.
- Build and maintain program database(s).
- Track all expenses and provide budget updates to the program chair and ensure that university financial policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist the program chair with graduate student teaching assignments and effort certifications.
- Work with the program chair on instructional needs such as tracking lecturer assignments, hiring paperwork, etc. Work with the SOK Human Resources office to process LEO paperwork as needed

Required Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education and experience
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, or similar program
