Description:
You will be the Production Planning and Control Senior Manager for the MFC Camden, AR site. Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is a recognized designer, developer, and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries. MFC develops, manufactures, and supports advanced combat, missile, rocket, manned and unmanned systems for military customers that include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA, and dozens of foreign allies.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Production Planning and Control Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Production Planning and Control activities for Camden Operations, developing strategies to enhance programs and meet world-class operations standards. Your responsibilities will include:
*Collaborating with other Production Planning and Control leaders across the Business Area to ensure common practices and management systems along with sharing of best practices and lessons learned
*Identifying and developing talent for the Production Planning and Control organization
*Managing all receiving, warehousing, production support, Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP), scheduling, shipping, transportation, demand and supply control and optimization, material flow controls, and indirect budget activities for Camden Operations.
You will also collaborate with Program Management, Production Operations, Quality, Global Supply Chain, and Engineering and Technology teams to ensure all customer requirements are achieved within the appropriate business controls.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong leadership experience with demonstrated performance driving continuous improvement with MRP/ERP background in an SAP environment with a fundamental understanding of all aspects of Production Planning and Control including Master Production Scheduling, Demand and Supply control and optimization, Material Flow controls and management.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with Program Management, ProdOps, Quality, Global Supply Chain and Engineering and Technology teams to ensure all customer requirements are achieved within the appropriate business controls.
- Candidates must have the ability to obtain a US Government issued Security Clearance.
- Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Skills:
- SAP Knowledge and Experience
- Black Belt trained
- APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification
- Knowledge of industry wide best practices and processes for managing material flow throughout the entire production supply chain.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
