FREELANCE Product Marketing & Innovation Coordinator - hybrid onsite in NYC 2 days a week and remote 3 days.

Position Overview
Our client, a well known beauty brand, is seeking a Freelance creative and driven Product Marketing & Innovation Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development and marketing of innovative beauty products, ensuring they meet market demands and resonate with their target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new beauty products
• Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs in the beauty industry
• Assist in the creation of marketing strategies to promote new and existing products
• Coordinate product development timelines and ensure projects stay on track
• Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with consumers
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and social media initiatives
• Analyze product performance and sales data to inform future improvements and innovations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in product development and marketing within the beauty industry (internships are fine)
• Strong understanding of market research and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and innovation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
