We’re looking for a Product Manager with previous Aviation or Scheduling experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Vendors. INFORM software experience is a BONUS.

The Product Manager role is responsible for leading and working on projects that change the way the business operates. As an individual contributor this role makes recommendations on developing user stories to support user and application testing.
Key Duties
- With limited direction from leadership, develops user stories granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint, elaboration of Epics and Features, creating and maintaining the product backlog, supporting user and application testing and coordinating release activities.
- Implements new technologies and products while transitioning through changing processes.
- Provides day to day support of the product portfolio including managing support inquiries, responding to user feedback, creating communications, etc.
- Partners with the User Experience teams to provide guidance and prioritization during the product development process and participate in user research and product discovery activities
- Assists the product, engineering, and scrum team through feature review, grooming, sprint planning and demos by being the voice of the customer and communicating the value behind each product and prioritization decision.
- Coordinates new and changed functionality with affected business groups to ensure seamless rollout of new capabilities
- Analyzes data, including transactional data, usage statistics, primary guest/agent research, and industry analyst reports to inform prioritization and solutions.
- Collaborates with external vendors in design, delivery and support of hardware and software products.
- Collaborates with internal groups in design, delivery and support of product features.
- Coordinates and host monthly stakeholder meetings for report out on product delivery team and progress made on committed items on our roadmap
Required:
- 2 years of experience in product management or related area.
- Bachelor's degree, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
- Solid understanding of Image Reservations and Sabre systems.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement flow charts.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate user group meetings with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, and listening).
- Detailed oriented and highly organized, with ability to multi-task and work independently with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
- 3 years in a customer service-oriented field.
- Basic understanding of roadmap development.
- Knowledge of Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of project and product management methodology.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.00 to $62.50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
