Our retail client is seeking a Print Graphic / Production Designer to join their design team. This is a hybrid role that will be onsite 3 days/week in Bentonville, AR. Our client is targeting a start in June and the assignment will be 3-6 months, possibly longer, with likely extension.
The Print Graphic and Production Designer will:
- Concept and create print collateral for in-store assets, including signage, displays, print ads, navigational pieces, and more
- Apply style guide to build out multiple versions of assets, sometimes up to 100 different versions
- Execute designs that align with style guide and based on marketing strategy
- Collaborate with creative leads on conceptual development and design ideation
- Prepare creative decks and occasionally present to leads
The Print Graphic and Production Designer must have:
- 2+ years of print design and production experience
- Experience with basic die line structures, logo design, typography, color studies, photo retouching, preparing files for print, etc.
- Proficiency in Adobe CS, especially InDesign and Illustrator
- Strong knowledge of design and print production process
- College degree in Graphic Design (preferred)
The ideal candidate will have experience designing in-store assets for the retail industry and the ability to work with a high volume of work load.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
