As a member of the Global Compensation team, the Principal Compensation Analyst plays a key role in designing and administering competitive compensation programs that align with the company's strategic objectives. This senior individual contributor role requires advanced analytical skills, proficiency in Excel for complex modeling, and the ability to craft compelling and impactful presentations.

Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams to design, analyze, and implement salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs.
- Play a critical role in the design and roll out of the annual salary review cycle, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with company goals.
- Be a key contributor in various strategic initiatives, including pay structure assessments, pay transparency and equity implementations, job evaluations, and compensation communication.
- Analyze internal and external compensation data and build Excel models using benchmarks to recommend pay structures that ensure competitiveness and equity
- Craft clear, impactful presentations that tell compelling stories, effectively conveying insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to analyze compensation programs using metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, complex formulas)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint with strong presentation and storytelling abilities. Board and executive presentation experience a plus.
- Proven ability to design and deliver innovative compensation programs in a progressive environment.
- Strong industry connections and networking skills to stay updated on market trends.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Strong written communication, attention to detail, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of compensation regulations and best practices.
- Global compensation experience, preferably in a technology company.
- Experience with sales compensation and alternative reward programs is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
