Responsibilities for the Prep Cook position would include:
- Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
- Understanding proofing and bread rotation
- Understanding and following proper safety and sanitation practices
- Following storage and rotation procedures
- Demonstrating teamwork
- Understanding and following prep sheets
- Using and following Jaggers recipes
