Provides leadership and direction through day to day management of the combined US Operations portfolio including oversight of staff at multiple US processing centers. Identify and implement process improvements aimed at exceeding client expectations and reducing operational costs. Ensure written policies and guidelines are in place and formal training processes are in place for new and existing staff.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide leadership and management oversight for the company's domestic operations centers. Direct operational and fiscal activities in maintaining appropriate staffing levels while adhering to budgetary objectives, monitoring productivity and ensuring proper quality controls are in place.
2. Identify and develop system enhancements and process improvements geared toward providing efficient and cost effective best-in-class service and products to all clients.
3. Develop innovative business solutions for complex problems. Work directly with IT, sales and marketing to develop client relationships and deliver the perfect client experience.
4. Establish goals, monitor progress, and facilitate the performance development process for department managers reporting directly to this position.
5. Evaluate, recommend and integrate services provided by outside vendors.
6. Conduct meetings with managers/supervisors to discuss needed changes and plan future business strategies.
7. Work closely with the Premium Finance Rate Risk Manager to identify risk exposure and handle any loss control issues.
8. Review, maintenance and implementation of multiple Business Process plans within the Business Recovery Plan, including the coordination of testing initiatives to support the system-related recovery plans.
9. Serve as the line of business Vendor Manager for critical vendors supporting operations-related activities.
10. Respond to audit, regulatory and legal inquiries as they arise, including acting as point person in these areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Finance, or equivalent education and related training
2. Seven years of experience in managing personnel and company operations
3. Excellent analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills
5. Ability to interact in a positive manner with all levels within and outside the organization, including Executive Management
6. Experience in managing personnel, financial and physical resources
7. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
8. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or professional designations (e.g. Certified Public Accountant (CPA))
2. Ten years of experience in premium finance or insurance industry
The annual base salary for this position is $175,000 - $225,000.
