Job Purpose
Working together under general supervision provide clerical and administrative support to all departments; provide regular and ad hoc management reports; ensure the timely processing of vendor payments; maintain and coordinate office supplies and office equipment; maintain, organize, and input payroll information into the computerized payroll system; maintain and organize payroll records; perform all activities in accordance with applicable health, safety, and environmental standards; utilize computer and other technology based work management systems as may be required in performing work duties; assist in the resolution of payment and invoicing problems; organize, update, and compile files and correspondence; respond to overtime requests as needed, handle special assignments; and perform related work as required.
Essential Functions:
- Performs all general office responsibilities including typing, filing, sorting and distributing of mail and documents, ordering stationery and supplies, answering telephones, taking messages, copying documents, making deliveries, sending documents.
- Process invoices/goods receipts within the Coupa System and participate in resolving discrepancies between supplies and services received and billed.
- Responsible for verification of time entry, verification and correction of pay issues and resolutions, vacation and overtime tracking / accruals, attendance tracking. First line resolution for pay issues for client group and plant.
- Prepares, revises, reviews and analyzes documents/visual metrics (reports, graphics, spreadsheets, tables, flow charts, organization charts.
- Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
- Utilize the corporate operating system platform and other technology-based systems to perform work assignments.
- Prepare reports and correspondence as required.
- Operate office systems and equipment including telephones, computers, printers, copy machines, and faxes.
- Assist with the maintenance of employee files, accounts payable, miscellaneous files and correspondence.
- Handle mail and fax distribution.
- Provide training and support in the application of the station's filing system.
- Update and file station's operating and procedure manuals.
- Assist management in processing payroll and generating reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and similar software to complete clerical and administrative duties.
- Maintain a neat and clean work area.
- Receive station visitors.
- Assist other job classifications as may be required.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain and enhance skills required to perform all the clerk duties and assist in the training of others.
- Prepare and maintain quality assurance procedures and technical instructions.
Working Conditions
- Normal office environment and/or power plant environment
- Requires operation of a motor vehicle; Maintain Valid Driver's License
- Work overtime and non-standard working hours as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School degree or equivalent education. Associate Degree preferred.
- Strong PC skills with intermediate level skills in MS Office products
- 3-5 years of basic clerical and administrative experience in an office environment or equivalent experience.
- Excellent organization and planning skills.

PREFERRED
- Experience working in SAP
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and presenting.
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Position is located at a power plant.
- Occasionally requires wearing personal protective safety equipment (respirators, safety glasses, hard hat, appropriate footwear, ear plugs, appropriate gloves, etc.)
- Occasionally requires lifting as appropriate to perform duties and responsibilities.
- Limited travel required < 5%
- Overtime may be required on occasion.

Please Note: The salary range for this role is $58,880 - $105,960. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
