Our wine and spirits client is looking for a Performance Media Manager to support their team during a parental leave coverage through the end of the year, approximately 20 hours/week, fully remote! Preference to candidates on EST.

The ideal Performance Media Manager should have:

• Exceptional understanding of all aspects of Paid Search (Google) Paid Social (Meta) and 3P Marketplace Media/Retail Media  (Instacart and DoorDash)
• Strong experience developing and implementing performance media strategies that achieve campaign/business objectives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop insights and recommendations  
• Ability to oversee and manage multiple, high profile projects end to end 
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams/cross functional partners 
• Strong communicator with excellent collaboration and organizational skills 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide performance media strategy, activation, and results across Paid Search, Paid Social and Retail Media platforms (Instacart/DoorDash) 
• Ensures performance media plans align with brand goals and ladder back to overall Media Investment strategies 
• Provide leadership to internal team to maintain day to day operations and uphold performance standards 
• Oversees the creation of campaign reports/presentations, helping to identify trends, insights and actionable opportunities
