Partner with the best
Be a key player in facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment for Baker Hughes iconic brands including Masoneilan, Consolidated, Becker and Mooney.
As a Parts Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and Inspiring a Team that is responsible for the end-to-end inquiry to order processes for Baker Hughes America's AMC After Market Center (AMC) located in Deerpark, Texas.
- Coordinating and improving the Parts quoting process to increase response time and quote to order conversions.
- Foster strong customer relationships by serving as a key point of contact for escalated support, ensuring customers have a reliable leadership resource to address issues promptly and effectively.
- Lead initiatives and implement processes that drive continuous improvement in the customer experience, ensuring a seamless and impactful interaction, which brings value, at every touchpoint.
- Ensure timely delivery of parts by leading the team to proactively identify and remove roadblocks, while effectively planning and scheduling the release of parts orders to meet deadlines.
- Facilitating order management - process order intake, input into internal systems. Connect to customer portals and systems. Support forecasting, billing, disputes and collection activities.
- Working with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers while being key contact for customer inquiries, issue resolution process (escalations).
- Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience in Customer Order and Fulfillment.
- Expert in process mapping and improvement.
- Have previous experience working with Change Management.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong Technical acumen preferably in the industrial control and/or relief valve space
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
