Summary:
The main function of a Strategy & Program Marketing Manager is to research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. A typical strategy & program marketing manager is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Forecast and track technology trends, analyzing collected data.
- Conduct research on domestic and foreign policy impacts to our business, services, and brand.
- Gather data on competitors and analyze their method of marketing and distribution.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing and communications programs and strategies.
- Develop and implement procedures for identifying communications needs.
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
- 10+ years related experience required.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $59.94 to $66.61 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
