nVent located in New Berlin, WI is adding an Oracle EBS Systems Analyst to their team. Reporting into the nVent Digital ERP organization, this position significantly contributes to the business. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing Oracle ERP systems, collaborating with IT and business teams to implement solutions, ensuring system integrity and data quality, and providing technical support and training to users. Key qualifications include experience with Oracle ERP systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Be part of a real global and multinational team with ERP analysts located in North America, Europe, India and China.
Be part of the Oracle EBS ERP team, and the primary liaison between nVent and 3rd party System Partners.
Monitor process flows (i.e. EDI) and ensure a stable and functional production environment.
Troubleshoot systems problems.
Provision and monitor user access.
Perform regular Compliance Control tasks to ensure SOX Compliance.
Prepare and maintain system documentation.
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, accounting or similar preferred; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree
Ideally 4+ years relevant professional experience supporting Oracle EBS ERP systems
Ability to translate business requirements into technical ERP specifications
Specific experience with or knowledge of the following areas:
Oracle EBS Finance
Oracle EBS OM, INV
Oracle EBS Technical Architecture:
