Join Lockheed Martin Aeronautics as a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Planner Supervisor (Level 3) and play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of production line operations. In this role, you will lead a team of represented employees, driving success in material handling, provisioning, and production support while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Team Leadership:
* Manage and provide oversight to represented employees in support of production line material handling activities.
* Ensure provisioning, training, and safety of direct reports to support operational goals effectively.
Material Support and Coordination:
* Provide hard tooling, parts kits, materials, consumable operating supplies, and standard hardware in a manner that promotes efficient access, traceability, and compliance with auditable procedures.
* Oversee staging, material expedite requirements, and constraint risk mitigation to support production line schedules.
Operational Excellence:
* Maintain a FOD-free work area with good housekeeping practices and adherence to established standards.
* Implement and manage efficient processes for staging and delivering work-in-process materials.
Continuous Improvement:
* Identify and resolve production constraints while mitigating risks.
* Drive innovation to reduce operating costs and improve material handling systems and processes.

Basic Qualifications:
* Production Control, Logistics, Supply Chain &/or Shop Floor Control Experience
* Experience communicating to all levels of Management
* Experience with material flow principles
* Experience with SAP, Cribmaster or MRP equivalent
Desired Skills:
* Leadership Experience
* APICS Certified
* Component Assembly Experience
* Knowledge of Detail Fabrication
* Field Operations Experience
* Tool Control/Tool Management
* 6S Oriented

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
