Job Description Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

The individual selected for this position will build Micro-Electronic sub-assemblies. Working in the Bonding cell cell working with manual and automated bonders in the MW West Microwave Factory on a variety of products including DEWS/QATAR, EPAWSS, 56C, F22, and FIRETIP.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $41024 - $65639
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Typically a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year work experience or equivalent experience
- Be able to work under a microscope for extended period of time
- Experience working with microwave subassemblies
- Knowledge of MIL STD 883
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
