Full Job Description
The Delivery Director role takes responsibility for a large book of business. They play a critical leadership role, balancing strategic vision, team management, client relationships, and business growth.
The Delivery Director oversees Staffing delivery on the Microsoft account. This includes managing the strategic partnership with Allegis, talent acquisition, and resource management. The Delivery Director plays a key role in developing and maintaining our long-standing relationship with the MSP at Microsoft (Allegis), driving recruitment strategy and delivery, and optimizing resource management to deliver outstanding talent experiences to all Aquent talent on assignment at Microsoft. The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to manage both recruiting and talent care.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnerships
• Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for partnerships to support business objectives and growth.
• Works collaboratively with other Aquent leaders to identify ways to effectively execute on Aquent initiatives, including emerging technologies and shifts in requirements.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and collaboration terms.
• Monitor the performance of partnerships and recommend enhancements to maximize value.
• Review quarterly scorecard with MSP leadership to understand areas of opportunity for improvement and to understand risk to Aquent.
• Drive GP growth across the account while maintaining or improving operating income.

Recruiting and Talent Acquisition
• Oversee recruitment metrics and optimize processes to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Hold recruiters accountable to all fulfillment activities, especially those aligned with internal initiatives, including those around emerging technologies.
• Manage order distribution, including strategically using additional resources in Aquent to provide capacity when order volumes increase.
• Provide leadership to help recruiters source, attract, and retain top talent across key roles and functions.
• Ensure that all recruiters have a pipeline of qualified candidates through ongoing business interviews, outreach, sourcing, and other activities.

Talent Care Management
• Develop strong relationships across Aquent to facilitate smooth processes and communications.
• Hold resource managers accountable for QCT, NPS, and bad attrition numbers.
• Manage alignment of talent to resource managers.
• Facilitate pre-identified candidate onboarding between Microsoft and resource managers.
• Review and evaluate operational processes to ensure that resource managers are following consistent practices.
• Works with resource managers to ensure that all activities required for successful talent relationships are carried out
• Provides guidance to unblock resource managers when facing personnel challenges.

Required Skills/Abilities/Profile:
• Advanced understanding of recruiting methodology and best practices including the ability to review metrics to manage recruitment
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage people at one time
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to motivate staff, inspire teamwork, and take a leadership role
• Must be able to simultaneously focus on big picture, details, and driving results
• Strong knowledge of contract interpretation and negotiation
• 3-5 years of people management experience
• PST time-zone preferred

Education and Experience:
• 5-7 years of experience managing recruiters, preferably in a staffing environment
• Bachelor's degree

Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer of up to 8hrs per day.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able and willing to travel. (Clients, team meet ups, local office)
