Our telecommunications client is looking for a Media Manager to join their team for a 11-month project. This is a hybrid position based out of  Basking Ridge, NJ (40 hrs/week). Candidates are required to work onsite on a hybrid basis (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home). 

Position Overview
The Media Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative media design strategies that effectively engage target audiences. This role involves overseeing media planning, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the media design team in creating effective media strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Conduct thorough target audience analysis to inform media design decisions and strategies.
• Implement media plans in alignment with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution of media initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, research, and creative teams to develop integrated media solutions.
• Oversee budget management for media design projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and audience preferences.
• Make strategic decisions to optimize media distribution channels and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Media Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in media design or related roles, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
• Proven experience in target audience analysis and media plan implementation.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight for media-related projects.
• Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools.
