Media Buyer/Planner

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity that is 100% on-site in Tampa, FL.

Position Overview
The Media Buyer/Planner is responsible for developing and executing media strategies that effectively reach target audiences while maximizing client budgets. This role involves researching media options, negotiating rates, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize future media buys.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement media plans that align with client goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and suitable media channels.
• Negotiate media buys with various vendors to secure the best rates and placements.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and clients to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Prepare and present media proposals and campaign results to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in media planning and buying, with a strong understanding of digital and traditional media channels including OTT, programatic, display, OOH.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with media vendors.
• Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Experience in advertising and familiarity with radio and TV/OTT media is preferred.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
