Marketing Specialist
Position Overview
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting campaign marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure marketing goals align with overall business objectives. This is a 12-month, 40 hour per week contract role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the planning and delivery of high quality sampling campaigns including end-to-end vendor management, maintaining multiple, overlapping workstreams and educating advertisers on policies and best practices to positively impact campaign performance.
Own execution of advertising digital placements, from launch through reporting.
Manage the troubleshooting of sometimes complex issues surfaced during the campaign life-cycle
Own end to end QA for advertising campaigns, ensuring a high bar is met for all campaign launches.
Support campaign administrative tasks as needed, including timeline management, purchase order and contract processing.
Earn trust at all levels through excellent communication and collaboration.
Prioritize effectively in a quickly changing and ambiguous environment.
Qualifications
BS in Advertising, Marketing or related field.
4+ years working in marketing, digital media, experiential, or shopper and outdoor channels.
Experience working with and managing internal & outside creative agencies to deliver on campaign requirements, from asset development through execution.
Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and engage partner teams to execute successful advertising campaigns.
Relentless attention to detail and timelines to deliver bar raising campaigns in a timely manner.
Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Program or Project management experience, with background in launching advertising or marketing campaigns from ideation to reporting.
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
