Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview
Our well-known technology client is seeking a Marketing / PR Coordinator to be responsible for managing the product sample device inventory for the brand's Marketing team's large-scale, multifaceted activations, programs, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external teams to provide support, including product sourcing, device setup, shipping, inventory tracking and reconciliation, device audits, and general logistics, including scheduling domestic and international shipments.
• Assist in device setup and onsite support during events and promotional activities.
• Oversee the ordering, check-in/check-out, and maintenance of marketing materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Manage overseas coordination for events and shipping logistics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or business management.
• 1+ years of experience.
• Extremely organized with the ability to manage complex logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
