Marketing Manager II - Fully Remote
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager II (Content Creator) to lead and innovate our social channel marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of creator content to enhance our brand presence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft creator content strategy and roadmap that meets NASM priorities and key moments in the retail calendar
- Manage agency workstream, including creating monthly content briefs to create content for TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube; review content and work with agency to integrate feedback
- Manage and oversee the creation of engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and social campaigns.
- Analyze performance data and draw content insights; report on campaign and SMA performance and present learnings/results in NASM business reviews.
- Develop a content experimentation roadmap, in partnership with key stakeholders, identifying and ideating on emerging social trends to test
- Manage creator partnerships program end-to-end, engaging and informing internal/external stakeholders when relevant
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience handling creator content and managing marketing projects.
- Experience reviewing, briefing, overseeing execution of content
- Proven experience in content creation and marketing strategy development, with at least 4 years in a similar role.
- Experience creating content across social channels
- Airtable & Canto experience is a plus!
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
