Marketing Manager II (2 SUBS)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to work onsite in either Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CA. The role will be 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday for 6 months with the potential to extend.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams, global markets and others to drive growth of Amazon Music Unlimited across Acquisition and Engagement initiatives. You will define new initiatives with partners and global stakeholders to develop campaign strategy across the customer journey. You will work closely with cross-category partners as well as other internal business stakeholders to drive go-to-market plan for new programs, manage campaign workflow, develop creative assets and work with Brand and Engagement teams to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies, including design campaigns, project plans, including campaign goals and messaging. Create a GTM plan and Identify marketing distribution channels, campaign schedule and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
- Oversee concept and creative development of campaign materials to create compelling and effective marketing content
- Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders
- Oversee the execution of marketing projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Partner with local teams to create strong process and mechanisms to scale global promotions
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required.
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion.
- A minimum of 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience is required.
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience with consumer facing brands, including integrated campaign management, customer acquisition, content marketing, marketing communications, product marketing and/or channel marketing.
- Preferably 4 years of experience with subscription-based consumer products.
