As a CRM Campaign Manager, you will be the driving force behind the design, development, and execution of impactful marketing campaigns. You’ll leverage your expertise in email marketing and creative strategy to engage customers at key moments in their lifecycle, nurturing relationships and driving measurable growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment where your strategic thinking and communication skills will be essential to success. You will have a direct impact on customer engagement and product adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the launch and management of marketing campaigns, overseeing all aspects from design and development to testing, measurement, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain a dynamic customer communications calendar, aligning marketing efforts with product roadmaps and promotional strategies.
  • Implement sophisticated segmentation strategies, personalized messaging, and targeted onboarding experiences to maximize customer engagement.
  • Design and execute cross-sell and upsell initiatives, retention programs, and win-back strategies across multiple channels and geographies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely feedback.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring brand consistency and budget adherence.
  • Provide regular performance reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting campaign effectiveness and key insights.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in email marketing or a creative agency setting.
  • Proven expertise in email marketing best practices and a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing email campaigns within a B2C direct or digital marketing environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience launching global email campaigns.
  • Experience managing creative agencies.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.64 to $61.83 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
