Our financial services client is seeking a Marketing Generalist for an 11-month, hybrid role (4 days a week onsite in Austin, TX, 1 day work from home, 40 hrs/week).
Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Generalist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive demand generation and enhance brand awareness. This position requires a balance of creative thinking and analytical skills to optimize marketing initiatives across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals using Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Utilize Marketo for marketing automation and lead nurturing to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage marketing projects using Atlassian Products and Workfront to ensure timely delivery and quality output.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
- Create content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and websites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B marketing.
- Proficiency in Marketo and experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and best practices.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Products and Workfront for project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
