JOB SUMMARY
100% onsite position
The Marketing Consultant with general direction from the Director of Marketing, this position assesses, evaluates, proposes and implements marketing solutions for single functions or products uphold the business strategies and image of Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) and its affiliates.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Researches, writes, edits and produces publications, reports and/or other special communications for internal and external audiences.
Develops and coordinates implementation of marketing strategies non-clinical products and programs across the System.
Implements employee and/or Physician communication strategies across the System.
Budgets, schedules and completes marketing and projects to accomplish Marketing strategies.
Keeps current with trends in the industry.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point).
Exceptional analytic skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to reprioritize upon short notice.
