Marketing Account Manager
Position Overview
The Marketing Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies tailored for non-profit organizations. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, while coordinating internal resources to deliver effective marketing campaigns.
This is a Full-Time role and is Hybrid in the Dallas area.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts in the non-profit sector.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that include direct mail, planned giving, and social media initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their marketing needs and create tailored solutions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing projects.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to communicate campaign strategies and results to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or marketing roles, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Proven experience with direct mail campaigns and planned giving strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
