As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Operating and monitoring various pieces of equipment including rewinder, tape liner, packager, tape/braider, automation lines, test stations, wave solder, smart inventory, coating lines
- Operating multiple machines simultaneously.
- Repairing, patching and/or splicing cable, hand assembly and sub assembly
- Reading basic job instructions for operating various machines
- Performing quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a high School Diploma or equivalent
- Be available to work second shift- Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm/overtime and weekends as needed.
- Be willing to learn and follow internal Health, Safety, and Environmental policies to ensure compliance.
- Be able to stand for long periods, as this is a standing-only job function.
- Be able to handle stressful environments as you are operating under strict time constraints to move parts to other areas within the manufacturing floor.
- Work with small parts and read fine text.
- Work with approved chemicals.
- Lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted
- Have ability to read and interpret routine instructions
- Have ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Have a good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
- Have the ability to operate material moving equipment/overhead crane and/or obtain the necessary certification.

- 18.38 - 30.62 USD Hourly
