As manager, you will lead the Integrated Margin Management (IMM) capability that synchronizes our procurement and pricing strategies. Oversee daily management and future strategic vision of our IMM program, along with two direct reports who will support these efforts. Monitor and share IMM performance metrics with upper management. Coordinate company-wide analyses and recommended solutions that affect brand / commodity decisions. Be an expert for commodities and pricing impacts across our total brand portfolio. Champion the long-term strategic planning of IMM and subsequent impact on our organization. You will report to a Senior Director.
Your Impact:
- Build and manage IMM capabilities across the company
- Champion efforts to socialize IMM activities and share success stories (internally and externally)
- Lead projects focused on improving program infrastructure and enhancing capabilities
- Be a subject matter expert for commodities impacts on brand / company-wide financial performance
- Oversee commodity / pricing interdependencies and issues resolution across brand teams
- Set, monitor and hold others accountable for IMM performance metrics
- Ensure monthly and exception-based IMM meetings align with program expectations
- Manage all reporting efforts with program stakeholders and upper management
- Oversee the performance and professional development of direct reports
Your Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- 5+ years consumer products industry experience including pricing or procurement
- Pricing background and experience with commodities and / or financial markets
- Demonstrated communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to prepare and make presentations to internal audiences
- Experience in or exposure to S&OP procedures, customer planning or supply planning
- Knowledge of Circana or procurement software solutions (e.g., RightAngle) helpful

Located in downtown Chicago along the Chicago River, our corporate headquarters is in the landmark Merchandise Mart building, with access to public transit and several options for dining and shopping in the area.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$104,000-$152,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
