Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for plant maintenance, including facilities and utilities, to reduce downtime and maintain plant efficiency.
- You will lead engineering design projects and collaborate with vendors.
- You will report to Plant Manager but oversee the Maintenance team and promote safety in the organization and their performance.
- Manage maintenance metrics and all activities for the Planned Maintenance Pillar under the ConAgra Performance System.
- Prepare and stick to the maintenance budget while monitoring expenses.
- Help with planning and cost estimates for annual and longer term capital budgets.
- Implement the capital plan to include all engineering design and project management, working with both internal and external resources.
- Implement the capital plan with internal and external resources while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Establish criteria for assessing the quality of work performed by employees and contractors.
- Oversee operations, maintenance, and repairs, and assess work quality, such as electrical & plumbing equipment, HVAC systems, electric motors, ventilating fans, air conditioning and electrical control units.
- Inspect conditions of buildings and equipment, recommending improvements.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum five years' experience in food plant maintenance.
- Must be; experienced in using computer software applications such as CAD, Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word, PowerPoint, MS Project Management.
- Must have complete understanding of PLC and logic controls for high speed operating equipment.
- Prior experience using production environment SAP.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Broad knowledge & experience in project management & facilities administration with demonstrated ability to manage projects and personnel.
- Will work with all levels of team respectfully.
- Use communication tools and ability to write and update processes along with project scheduling skills.
- Must have experience managing the construction of complex projects.
- Comprehensive information on construction processes, trade standards, building codes & regulations.
- Excellent administrative and follow up skills to achieve successful maintenance programs.
- Team Leader and excellent ability complete projects through resources.

You often need to stand and walk, and sometimes need to sit, use your hands, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. You occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Compensation:
Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
