Description:WHAT WE'RE DOING
At Lockheed Martin, we are dedicated to advancing the capabilities of the Aegis Weapon System through comprehensive integration, development, and testing under the Aegis Baseline computer program. We support the Combat Systems Engineering Development Site (CSEDS) in ensuring the operational readiness and performance excellence of critical naval defense systems.
THE WORK
Primary tasking for this position is ownership and coordination of the facilities logistics team, logistics weekly coordination meetings and status drumbeat, shipment in/out coordination space/planning/execution, GFE Intake to and out-processing from CSEDS. Coordinate arrival of new equipment and systems with Property Management and Cyber Security team to ensure external entities are aware of property arrival/removal and Cyber requirements as they pertain to incoming systems.
Act as CSEDS liaison to LM Development Program Site Teams, LM Warehouse team, as well as external activities that are bringing equipment to the site.
Ancillary tasking includes support of Property Management, Site Logistics projects and tasks, as well as supporting planning of new installations and activations - including labor estimates as required. Additionally candidate will act as liaison to Site Management in matters relating to the SCIN process and logistics processes.
WHO YOU ARE
Candidates for this position should possess a background in configuration management, logistics and a high-level understanding of the AEGIS program and related systems and processes used in implantation, sustainment and development. Additionally, candidates should also possess a working knowledge of System Assurance and Cyber Security requirements as they pertain to CSEDS and Systems Under Test.
Additional skills we are seeking include:
* Process incoming/ outgoing material (GFE,CFE)
* Coordinate QA inspection
* Coordinate equipment installation
* Coordinate Initial Light Off (ILO)
* Submit request for DCMA support
* Assist with generating Work Order
* Coordinates the installations and the removals of all equipment and hardware with the Site Engineers.
* Supports Property Management and Configuration Management with receipts of new and disposal of end-of-life equipment.
* Works with the Site Change Implementation * Notice (SCIN) Chairperson for all Site installations and removals.
* Familiar with the Cyber Security Sanitization process for end-of-life equipment..

Basic Qualifications:
* Experience with/Understanding of workflow involved with receipt, installation and activation of Government and Contract Furnished Equipment.
* Functional understanding of Government Property Management as dictated by the FAR.
* Experience with CSEL, level codes and related processes, and Development Baseline system configurations as they relate to CSEDS.
* Expereince in Test Site engineering, Configuration Management or Logistics.
Desired Skills:
* Excellent communications skills to act as chairperson for Logistics Coordination meetings, coordinate with DCMA and SCIN Coordinator as needed, participate in Site Change Implementation Board (SCIB) , and track, coordinate, & handle inbound/outbound equipment for the facility.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team of co-workers, contractors and tradespeople.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
