Job Summary
Plays a crucial role in optimizing the supply chain and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services. Coordinates and manages various logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
Telework is not supported. 10-15% travel is required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Tracks program of record systems, and projects’ h/w and s/w, delivery to warehouse or site. Works data calls. Ensures OM&S compliance. Coordinates with CB-ISEA to ensure h/w and s/w maintenance (warranty): Annual Cisco virtual account validation and coordinates revalidation of requirements. Inventory and tracking of equipment as it’s moved around 992 or within 998 warehouses. 1149s development and maintenance. Maintains Local Inventory List. Racked /other permanent equipment in TDC Lab value < $5K. non-OM&S outside TDC lab. Barcoding (General Equipment / Plant Property) permanent equipment in TDC Lab value > $5K. Reviews ECRs when applicable (Stage 2/ Stage 3). Assists with Obsolescence tracking (one goal is to also do this for BOM review, not just installed equipment). Configuration Management of planned (COP) and installed (MAINT) equipment (Model-Based Product Support / MBPS. Nomenclature (unique qualifier) of system/ remote site configuration. ULSS updates (formal review/approval process), upload to MBPS. HVD and SVD updates. Upload documents to SAILOR (ULSS specifies what kind of documents to post). Works with POR on: FRCB (COP file report), IMS Logistics Tasks, Inputs into WIPTs (Weekly/as needed: procurement delivery status, Monthly: CMV ILS, Obsolescence; Quarterly: Obsolescence at sites, Quarterly Logistics Review). Attends POR meetings as required (WIPTs, Planning, CMV ILS, Obsolescence, etc).

Required knowledge and years of experience
Must have one (1) to three (3) years of experience. Must have experience in OM&S, FRCB, DD 1149, ECRs.
