Learning Experience Designer

The Role
As part of the Learning & Enablement organization, you will work as a member of the Market Enablement team. Working in partnership with the broader Client Relationship Group and Intermediary Investment Client Group teams, this role will design, develop, and create impactful learning solutions, using innovative design and media tools. You will support the development of learning materials and help complete project goals.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design
- Background in innovative, effective instructional design and user experience design
- Ability to identify and use an array of learning mediums and tools to drive impact and engagement.
- Strong execution skills, including the ability to complete tasks with varied deadlines
- Eagerness to innovate and think differently.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner
- In-depth knowledge and skills in instructional design and adult learning theory.
- Ability to design and build learning experiences using modern graphic design, video, and authoring tools
- Ability to lead, design and develop large-scale projects with tight time constraints.
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management.
The Team
The Learning & Enablement team is instrumental in ensuring that the FI Intermediary Investment Client group (IICG) and the IWMS Client Relationship Group (CRG) teams have the knowledge and skills necessary to execute on the goals set forth by the business. Our primary focus is supporting the organization from a sales training perspective. Our ability to anticipate business needs and build scalable solutions to enable our sales and relationship management teams is what sets our team apart.
