Lead Administrative Assistant
Washington DC


As a Lead Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to our executive team. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information will contribute to the smooth operation of our corporate functions.

You will report directly to our Senior VP Government Relations, and you'll work out of our Washington DC location.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the efficient management of executive calendars, coordinating meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, and handling various administrative tasks. Your support will enable our executives to focus on strategic initiatives and drive the success of our organization.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage executive calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.
* Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Coordinate and manage logistics for executive events and conferences.
* Conduct research and gather information as needed.
* Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide general administrative support to the executive team.

YOU MUST HAVE

* 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
