Our client in Houston is looking for a Junior Production Designer to join their team working onsite 3 days per week during onboarding and training period of 6+ weeks, and then hybrid flexible schedule with 2-3 onsite days per week ongoing.
In this role you will design, revise, resize print and digital collateral to align with brand guidelines. Deliverables include, but not limited to social media posts, newsletters, web graphics, printed brochures and floor plans. In addition, you will be responsible for light video editing projects, including photo stitching, adding audio and captions for corporate and promotional videos.
Junior Production Designer Responsibilities:
- Design multichannel marketing collateral including newsletters, social media assets, web graphics, short videos and more.
- Translate project requests and creative briefs to finished design products that align with the overall project brief.
- Create internal content as needed to support stakeholders and their prospects.
- Develop and review creative and copy for final production.
- Coordinate with vendors as needed to produce materials including floor plan diagrams, site maps and architectural files.
- Track projects within project management system, responding to requests promptly and updating status through to completion.
- Maintain internal SharePoint and file saving systems, ensuring content is saved and stored accurately.
Junior Production Designer Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience; real-estate experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar field.
- Highly skilled in the Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere
- Experience working in a CMS to publish content.
- Proven project management experience; Monday.com preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills.
